What the heck. I was just in the middle of watching a show, and 2 minutes before the end, Illimitux says that I reached the limit, reloads, and now it is unable to buffer. What the hell’s going on? I thought we use this to be done with limits?

the maenads were the cult worshippers of the god Dionysus (also known as Bacchus), Greek god of wine and epiphany/ecstasy. In the tragedy ‘Bacchae’, the maenads rip apart Pentheus, King of Thebes, who tries to stem the expansion of the religion, and his own mother cavorts in his blood, carrying his head back to the palace. The above stuff about thyrsi and fawn skins is also recorded. Basically, there was quite a negative view of the cult. The ‘nurses of Dionysus’ were well known for generally raving on mountain-sides. Notice that they were mostly women, so there’s a feminism aspect there too; the records of the cult were all written by men (that I know of).
At least, that’s what they try to make her out to be. The vibrating, and the pig imagery, that’s poetic license. The bull is also a link to Dionysus, because of his links to Crete.

Yah it is a good series there is 9 right now and the 10th one comes out in March. It is way good.
