sookie is already under erics rule; as she agreed to work for him if he didn’t kill any humans she found to be guilty. i do hope lafayette becomes a vampire!! I love his character!

I just hope they keep the Eric-Sookie storyline. They can change anything else, I’m fine with that.
i think that lafyette becoming a vampire would be a interesting plot twist exspecially because he was supposed to be the one found dead in detective bellfluers car

I love the books, but the show diverges a lot. The show is great though.

the books are always better than the movies just like that move “my sisters keeper” in the book the donor sister dies and the sister with the cancer makes it through but in the movie the donor lives and the sister with the cancer dies…. that’s messed up BUT the movie was still good. If they made it exactly the same as the books then you wouldn’t have any suspense.
i think that eric is going to be in love with sookie in the next books to come but i dont think that bill will be to far in the background either. i wonder what the blood bond is going to do for their relationship as well

I agree, he could have been talking about Bill, I just like Eric and Sookie better together. He’s a bit less melodramatic, although don’t get me wrong, I love Bill. I wonder if they’re going to still include Quinn and Alcide.
i love pams character in the books but i think that the pam in the show does remind me of the one in the books they dress a like and she acts the way i thought she would
I agree, it seems like Bill is never too far in the background, which I’m okay with. I just wish she would give Sam a girl, the poor kid keeps getting the short end of the stick.

Ohh that’s a definite possibility, I never thought of that! I think I’d be okay with that. I just love Sam, he’s so sweet. I don’t want him with Sookie, but he deserves someone. And I bet she couldn’t permanently turn him into a housecat as easily.

OMG–The books are called The Southern Vampire Series. They’re written by Charlaine Harris. The first is Dead Until Dark, the 2nd is Living Dead in Dallas. The 9th book in the series just came out a couple of months ago. If you like the show you should love the books. I got through 8 of them in just a couple of weeks last fall.
Why can`t they get another vides for this episode?
They have such great actors on this show. Anna Paquin is great at expressing pain, and frankly great at just about everything else she brings to her character.
