“You always want to serve the show, but in the back of my mine i’m always thinking about the sountrack, the key to a good soundtrack is having fresh recordings.”  True Bloods music supervisor Gary Calamar recently said at the Musexpo in Hollywood.

The beauty about True Blood soundtracks are that they feature a lot of unique covers made just for the show, and the proof is in the pudding – both soundtracks to True Blood were nominated for Grammys.

With a lot of witch craft shenanigans going on in the upcoming season 4 of True Blood, here are a few suggestions that would fit the theme:

We’re super, super excited for the upcoming fourth season of True Blood - we’re dying to watch it!  We can’t help but take a look at the spoilers!

Kevin Alejandro, who plays Jesus Velesquez – Lafayette’s super hot witchy boyfriend, has revealed to TV Guide that Jesus & Lafayette are involved in a scene guaranteed to turn your stomach into a washing machine.

“Lafayette and I go on a huge adventure where some unfortunate things happen.  We end up having a creepy breakfast with some really interesting people, and Lafayette has a real hard time with it” – he told TV Guide.

He also reveals in the same interview with TV Guide what the creepy breakfast may entail!  It will be one of these three disgusting oh so delicious meals: 1) a cow face, 2) a goat tongue or 3) poisonous snake venom.  Delicious!

Other scenes tipped to hit our TV sets in the new season includes shapeshifter brothers Sam (Sam Trammell) and Tommy (Marshall Allman) taking to the sky in an owl versus hawk chase, and Tommy plays a blinding shapeshifting card so unique that it is going to change Bon Temp’s supernatural power play!  What could it be?!  We want your suggestions below!

That’s a negative!  Jim Parrack who plays the character Hoyt Fortenberry in True Blood has told New York Magazine that he hasn’t had to film any nude scenes as of yet for the highly anticipated return of the fourth season of True Blood.  It’s first episode of the season will air June 26 at 9p.m. on HBO in the US.

“There are certain people with a certain quality of physique.  Why not get those people naked instead?  And so they do.” – he said in recent interview with New York Magazine.

Parrack also spoke a little about the up-coming season, and who’s got buff – none other than Bon Temps Detective Andy Bellefleur!

“This is the most shocking season yet.  The things that happen with the relationships between people and creatures is so unpredictable and severe, it’s wild.”

And on the subject of Detective Bellefleur: “Chris (who plays Bellefleur) came into a table reading a couple weeks ago and he had on his cop uniform, I stood up and I said, ‘I would actually do what this cop says to do,’ because Chris’s muscles were just popping.  I’m not kidding, he got fit.  Chris’ll whoop all of our asses now.”

We can’t wait to see what Andy looks like!  This will be very, very interesting.

For avid fans I’m sure you all know Season Four is going to be full of Witches, right?  Well, now you do!  Here’s what we know so far: Jesus – Lafayette’s boyfriend who turned out to be a witch in Season Three is introducing Lafayette to the world of Witch Craft this season.  This sneak peek of what we can expect is so tantalizing, and if Season 4  is half as good as what we’ve just seen on youtube then it’s right on schedule to kick Season 3′s butt!

From what we can gather from the clip, esteemed British actress Fiona Shaw (Pictured aboved; “Harry Potter”, “Dorian Gray”, “3 Men and a Little Lady”) – who is playing the Character of Marnie in the upcoming season, is set to be the big bad wolf of Season 4.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out and see how the likes Eric and Bill will react when they realise they ‘re not alpha dogs when such powerful forces like Witch Craft begin to take over and take control of them.  We’re so excited and a little scared for Bon Temps!

As well as this Witch storyline – now that Sookie know’s she’s a telepath, she investigates into the reasons why Bill ‘chose’ her.

The cast and crew are currently filming on location in LA.

The first episode of Season 4 – titled “She’s Not There” will air June 26th 2011.

New episode this Sunday and after the way they left the last episode almost two weeks ago my sanity is hanging on by mere thread. I swear if I don’t find out what the fang banger is going on I am going to go insane. I mean come on people. With the plot this season, the new characters, the new supes, the new love interests, and the new fashion, this season promises to be the best one yet! So if you haven’t watched this season go catch up on the first three episodes and prepare for the ride of your life! Tata Trubies I will see you SUNDAY!!!

Well there are worse things instead of crying over one extra week we should be grateful for the soldiers fighting to give us the RIGHT to watch shows like true blood because without our freedom we may not have the right to do so. So let’s talk about the soldiers today. Well I hope everyone enjoyed their Holiday and remembered to be thankful for our Heroes while shooting off fireworks and grilling out. Unfortunately I think sometime we get lost in the fun crazy weekend off work and forget what we actually are supposed to be thinking of on the fourth. The fourth of July is when we should be thanking our hero’s for our freedom because without them we would not be free. Remember that freedom and out independence is not a god given right but a gift given by our soldiers who have past away in the many Political scuffles our country has suffered since our country won it’s independence as well as thanking those who are still alive and are going back and forth between being deployed overseas for months and coming home to spend such a short amount of time with their families before going back overseas.

For those of you who have lost someone you love to this war all I can say is I am truly sorry, I CAN actually say I know how you feel when I was barely 18 The love of my life was killed in the war in Iraq. I know how hard it is to go to bed every night  knowing that the love of your life will never hold you in their arms again. Never kiss your tears away during hard times. Never Just hold your hand because they feel like it. Never bring you yellow roses simply because he loves you. You will never hear them say the words I love you again. Yes I know all of this hurts and you feel like you just cant go on another second without the person you love trust me I know because I was there. People say time heals all wounds and that is a lie. It will never “heal” this wound over time it will get easier to deal with. You will wake up one day and realize your going to be ok. No you will never forget your love and even years after you lose them there may still be times when you get sad and miss them more than anything and you may even slip back into that dark place for a time. However with the right support system as well as strength and courage you will pull yourself out of this funk and be ok for another day. So remember even if you have not lost someone to this war that there are people who have and remember there are still soldiers over there and there families are still here waiting for them to come on. So remember to think about and thank the soldiers as well as their friends and family who have done without them so that we could remain free.

Finally don’t just think about soldiers and there loved ones on memorial days or the 4th or veterans day or days we are “supposed” to remember them but everyday. Every time  you see a soldier remember to thank them and give them the respect that they deserve because your freedom isn’t free it comes with a huge price and you’re not the one who has to pay it. So thank a soldier every chance you get! and hope every one had a happy and safe fourth!

I mean this show has taken so many twists and turns this season alone. I have personally read the books so I have some insight but they change so much in the book to TV show transition. So I really just don’t even want to try to guess.  Let’s just hope that it all works out for our favorite characters both new and old. Now we must wait 8 more painstaking days until we find out what the H is going on. Anyways hope everyone enjoys there True Blood-less fourth of July. Have a happy and safe Holiday don’t forget to drink safely never drink and drive and Please keep fireworks away from children and drunks so we can all make it out of this weekend alive to see the next True Blood Episode next weekend. Did it really happen or was it a dream I mean come on they left us at a total loss this episode and guess what Truebies you will have to wait 2 weeks to find out because the weekend of the fourth of July there will not be an new episode airing!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe it the show just started and they are already taking a season break!
